J.P. Licks is an ice cream store chain located in and around the Boston area. Owner Vince Petryk, started the first store in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston in 1981 and has expanded since.
"In 1987, we began making hard and soft frozen yogurt from scratch recipes, achieving the same level of flavor intensity but without the fat. The frozen yogurt "fad", has never ended for us. Frozen yogurt continues to account for 1/3 of our sales. In 1999, we began roasting our own coffee, at our Jamaica Plain "Mothership" (production facility, corporate offices, and retail shop housed in a former Victorian fire house) roasting Organic and Fair Trade beans, our espresso and brewed coffee."

Dan Vlahos is a Boston-based designer, artist and educator with over 14 years of experience working in graphic design, branding, product design and architecture for a wide range of clients. As Creative Director, Dan previously led graphic design and branding at Shepley Bulfinch, an architecture firm with offices in Boston and Phoenix.

INFocus Camera Club is located in Boston, Massachusetts. Our goal is to promote greater interest in Photography and to provide our members an environment for social and cultural interactivity. Members' level of photography experience ranges from beginners to professional photographers. Basic activities consist of workshops, special events, image critiques, field trips etc.

Community Alliance of Mission Hill
Our Mission is to improve the quality of life through advocacy and action in the Mission Hill neighborhood of Boston.
LOCATION : The Harvard School of Public Health ( 677 Huntington Avenue), Kresge Building, Room G-2. , every third Wednesday of the month at 7:00 P.M.
Parker Hill Branch Library
The Branch first opened in a rented space at 1518 Tremont Street in July 1907. It remained in this location until May 1931 when Mayor James Michael Curley opened the new branch that was designed in 1929 by famed architect Ralph Adams Cram. Cram appeared on the cover of Time Magazine in 1926 and was heralded as Boston's foremost architect. He left a significant impact on the area having designed many buildings and churches including All Saint's Church in Brookline, the Japanese Garden Court at the Museum of Fine Arts, the John W. McCormack Post Office and Courthouse, and the Second Unitarian Church in Boston. He also designed the St. Thomas Church in New York City. Many have said that the Parker Hill Branch has a church-like feel to it - it is open and airy with many lovely details such as plaster rosettes on the ceiling. The branch is noted for its unique local history collection.
